So when I saw this pile of cherry chiffon threaded with stripes of multicolor lurex.. I recognized it immediately! 1970s 1980s vintage skirt made by Magana Baptiste.. Made of cherry chiffon with lurex stripes.. Huge sweep with side slits.. The slits are trimmed with red sequin trim.. Elastic at the waist.. Fastens with 2 hook and eyes. Asymmetrical hem.
