This is a really nice pair of perfectly broken in jeans from Ralph Lauren’s Polo Western line that launched in 1978
Condition - The only flaw I found is that 2 of the thin thread belt loops have come unattached so there is only one left on the left side
I’m not exactly sure when it’s from but my guess is 70s because of Edwardian styles being so popular then
Hip - 20" across but I don't think it will fit someone with hips bigger than 36" because of the waist size
