Prevention of incipient diabetic nephropathy by high-dose thiamine and benfotiaminne
Because the medication slows stomach emptying, certain foods are far more likely to cause nausea, fullness, or discomfort: Greasy and fried foods : slow to digest and a very common nausea trigger Very rich, heavy meals : easier to overdo when your stomach is already slowed Sugary foods and drinks : empty calories that can spike and crash your energy Large portions : eating past gentle fullness often leads straight to discomfort Excess alcohol : can worsen side effects and add empty calories You don't have to be perfect about any of this, just notice which foods don't sit well with you and adjust
