Eligibility & Dose Requirements Proof of your current prescription and dosage is required during your consultation. To qualify for 4.4mg/week, you must have been prescribed at least 2.2mg/week within the past 45 days. To qualify for 7mg/week, you must have been prescribed at least 4.4mg/week within the past 45 days. To qualify for 10mg/week, you must have been prescribed at least 7mg/week within the past 45 days.
