The wine is made using clay vessels (Qvevri) buried in the ground a method recognized by UNESCO as cultural heritage. Following his grandfather's techniques, Iago creates this wine from Chinuri grapes with six months of skin contact, resulting in an orange wine with notes of dried fruits
