ROMA: 1926 - Special 1939 cruise deck plan American President Lines While I would never argueItalian Line A special, fold out (24" by 33") deck plan issued by Raymond Whitcomb for their 1939 cruises aboard the ROMA. The plan shows eight decks in detail, covering both former First and Second class areas. Sadly, most of the cruises were canceled by the onset of war.
