Chablis Vieilles Vignes 46 Jean-Marc Brocard 2022 wine bringing to the forefront uniqueJean Marc Brocard is one of the leaders in biodynamic wines in Chablis. The Brocard Vieilles Vignes Sainte Claire is from a Massal selection of very old vines planted after WWII that gives tiny yields of around 30 hl per hectare. The vineyard sits on southwest facing exposures in class Chablis upon beds of Kimmeridgian limestone soils. The wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel, no battonage and allowed to complete malolactic
