Good used condition with little to no signs of normal wear. Great vintage patina. Stamped Sterling on the back of the necklace. No missing stones. There is an alternating pattern in the silver of dimples that look like marcasite. There are only large settings with stones. The smaller ones do not appear to have ever contained stones in the design. Comes with sterling silver
