Ross On Wye - Raison d'Être 2023 (750ml, 06.75 ex vat a bottle, case of 6) single-bottle-346 acidity and tannins are excellentlySparkling Dry Fine Cider This is the 2023 edition of Raison d'tre. 2023 was an unusual year in the cidery: a cool, rainy season produced Dabinett and Bisquet apples with higher acidity and gentle fruit character, but lower alcohol. The Raison they've been able to craft is a more accessible offering than the intensity of the 2022 vintage. The aroma of freshly milled apples lifts straight out of the glass, accentuated by some gentle vanilla character
