Huguenin was purchased by Hamilton in 1959 and Henry Huguenin was put in charge of Swiss Operations. It may have been that he decided to make his own Hamilton Electric watch, and decided to use the Swiss made Landeron 4750 Electric movement rather than the American made electric movement. Due to the rarity of this watch, it may have been that Hamilton quickly decided to
