Made from a blend of Tintilla, Palomino, Pedro Ximnez, and Arinto grapes, it comes from historic vineyards in Jerez de la Frontera, Sanlcar de Barrameda, and Pago Balbaina. The vines grow on albariza soils, known for their chalky texture, which adds a distinct freshness and minerality to the wine. Fermented with whole bunches in handmade clay amphorae and aged partly
