Circa 1910 Modelled in very rich andAbsolutely adorable antique 9ct rose gold Kewpie dating to around 1910 or thereabouts. Invented by cartoonist Rosie ONeill around 1909 and quickly becoming an international sensation including in Australia where this particular example was manufactured by A. J. Long and Co. of Little Collins Street Melbourne and hallmarked to the verso with his trademark symbol of a Winged Wheel and 9ct. Oh hollow construction and therefore quite light, however this
