Length from nape to hem approx 39”

Front rise is 13" to lower waist band seam at natural waist

but could easily be worn as a summer piece

I’ve tucked in the two ‘flying’ shoulder panels to the self fabric belt

Strong shoulder line typically late 30s or very early 40s, self tie belt at waist , and some wonderful 3D appliqus to yoke. Its a very very dark navy fine gabardine taken a photo against 20s black coat to demonstrate. Its unlined, and has a couple of historic moth nibbles to sleeves as shown, as well as a scattering towards hem front and back. Id intended
