A laser is used to cut each piece of exotic wood to exact specifications using 20 different exotic woods from around the world. After each puzzle piece is cut by the laser, they are then assembled like a puzzle by hand on a painted brass tube. They are turned down to specifications on a lathe. After turning, the assemblies are sanded to 12,000 grit and a non yellowing finish is
