Suddenly it starts to rain

I am here to photograph the foxes living on this protected island and therefore I have set up my blind near a fox den

The furry grey fur they have when they are small has now changed into a more durable version and the color variations are now more obvious

And the luck was in my favour - what a magnificent landscape

Visibility is very limited and it is cold outside

Frozen Moment Size:40 x 60 cm. Suddenly it starts to rainThe light is becoming weaker and, apparently, the small Arctic fox has experienced enough for the day. To my surprise it doesnt run back to the mountains but instead, it climbs up onto a small chunk of ice and curls up with its nose under the bushy tail. I sit down in the snow looking first at the fox and then at the endless landscape. I feel enormously privileged. Just me and the sleeping Arctic fox. Nothing more happens this moment is frozen while
