Superb Victorian 15ct Yellow Gold Almandine Garnet Choker Circa 1890 10 cts each or measuringCrafted in the late Victorian era circa 1890 from lush and bright 15ct yellow gold and set with twelve faceted Almandine Garnets, approximately 10cts total, in slightly graduated style. Each deep red faceted Garnet is set in a rub over bezel setting, with a fine rope work detail, open backed to verso which lets the light through and allows the garnet to exhibit a faint tinge of purple pink in some lighting situations. The Garnets are separated with a
