Made from Parellada grapes grown in the high altitude vineyards of El Montmell on clay limestone soils, this wine represents the essence of the Catalan terroir. The natural fermentation process with indigenous yeasts, followed by bottle fermentation and 8 month aging on lees, results in a fresh and vibrant sparkling wine
