How we make our Rosé
The new winemaking team worked with our vineyard managers to update our viticultural practices
created by a young designer from the Ecole Boulle A wine to be given in the same way you would offer a bunch of roses
the wine matures for 12 months in large oak barrels (50 hl) and then an additional six months in bottle
Some touches of graphite and subtle spices come into the aromatic mix
Fullerton Three Otters Pinot Gris Chablis How we make our RoséFrom the Winemaker: Pours a brilliant gold straw, with warm aromatics of green apple, pear blossom, pineapple, vanilla and bakers spice. Flavors of bright green apple, pear, and lemon lime acidity are tamed by sweet pie crust. This wine is ready for almost any meal, or just a relaxing afternoon in the sun. Pairs well with any salad, poultry, cheese, pasta in a creamy sauce, or by itself as an aperitif. *Organic and biodynamic practices*
